At CHIQUEL Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if your item is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
